1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wisdom Star Pro platform, including our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, registering a child, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. If you are registering on behalf of a child, you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and that you accept these Terms on the child's behalf.

2. About the Service

Wisdom Star Pro is a language-learning platform that helps children build vocabulary and language skills through flashcards, guided quizzes, live classes, and progress tracking. The Service is operated from Bandar Menjalara, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

We may update, add, or remove features of the Service from time to time to improve the learning experience.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

Child accounts are created and managed by a parent or guardian. Children do not register independently; a parent or guardian provides the required information and supervises the account.

All new accounts are subject to review and approval by our administrators before access is granted. We may decline or revoke access where information is incomplete or inaccurate, or where use of the Service would breach these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Parent and Guardian Responsibilities

As a parent or guardian, you are responsible for the information you provide about yourself and your child, for supervising your child's use of the Service, and for the conduct of the accounts you manage.

You agree to provide accurate and current information and to update it when it changes. You consent to us contacting you about your child's account, classes, and important service notices.

5. Credits, Bookings and Payments

Access to certain classes and features uses a credit system. One credit is generally required per seat, per child, per class, unless stated otherwise.

One-time bookings deduct credits at the time of booking. Recurring subscriptions deduct credits shortly after each class begins. Credit balances may become negative in some circumstances; where this happens, our administrators will work with you to resolve the balance.

Prices, credit values, and class types may change. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes in advance.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the class type and how far in advance the cancellation is made. Bookings cancelled within the applicable notice window may be non-refundable.

Where a refund or credit reversal applies, it will generally be returned to your credit balance. Please contact us if you believe a charge is incorrect.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended educational purpose. You must not misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, upload harmful content, or infringe the rights of others.

You must not share account access with unauthorised persons or use the Service in any way that is unlawful or harmful to children.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Service — including flashcards, audio, images, text, and software — is owned by Wisdom Star Pro or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your child's learning. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without our written permission.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service where these Terms are breached, where required by law, or to protect the safety and integrity of the Service and its users.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request that your account be deactivated by contacting us.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the Service accurate and available, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that particular learning outcomes will be achieved.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wisdom Star Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
